Perimenopause Symptoms: Linnet, for iPhone. Last updated: 9 September 2026.
Your entries stay on your iPhone and in your own iCloud. Linnet has no account and no servers. Nothing is sent to us or to anyone else.
Linnet never asks for your name, email, date of birth, or any identifier. There is no account to create and no password.
Everything is saved on your iPhone. If iCloud sync is on (it is on by default), iOS keeps a copy in the private part of your own iCloud account, encrypted by Apple. We cannot read it. You can turn iCloud sync off in Linnet's settings at any time.
Nothing. Linnet has no servers, no analytics kit, no advertising, and no third-party code. The only usage information we ever see is the anonymous, aggregated data Apple shows every developer in App Store Connect (downloads, crashes, subscription counts). That data never includes your entries.
Linnet+ is sold through Apple's in-app purchase system and tied to your Apple ID. Apple handles payment; we never see your card details. You can cancel any time from Linnet's settings or from your Apple ID subscriptions. If you start the free month, Linnet reminds you inside the app three days before the first charge.
If you turn on the evening reminder, or start a free month, Linnet schedules local notifications on your iPhone. They are created and delivered on the device; no notification server is involved.
Settings → Delete everything removes all your entries from your iPhone and from your iCloud. Deleting the app also removes the local copy.
Linnet is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13.
If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address with a new date.
